More than two decades behind the work
Founder Hector Julian Toro built his career in technology infrastructure, networking, electronic security and field execution. He created SIITECNOLOGIA in Colombia more than twenty years ago and led work across commercial and technical environments through 2022.
A new chapter in Oregon
After arriving in Oregon in 2023, Hector expanded his field experience into garage-door and access systems work in the Portland area during 2024 and early 2025. In 2025 he returned fully to IT infrastructure through Field Nation and national integrator assignments across Oregon and Washington.
Soluciones Integrales Toro LLC was formally created in Oregon in 2026 to turn that experience into an accountable B2B infrastructure company: one partner for disciplined field execution, communication, testing and documentation.
Measured by more than installation
More than 216 projects have been completed in the United States through enterprise platforms, supporting more than 88 businesses. Recent platform performance includes zero cancellations and 97% punctuality. These figures matter because field service is a trust business: technical skill must be matched by arrival discipline, documentation and communication.
How we work
We coordinate with remote engineers, NOCs, project managers and national integrators. We use cloud-based documentation, Teams and Zoom to close the distance between planning and the job site. Field work can include defined methods of procedure, check-in requirements, photographs, serial capture, labeling and escalation paths.
Transparent business status
SIT is a formally registered Oregon company. Work is scoped according to applicable project, permit and trade requirements. Direct business insurance coverage and additional licensing are currently in process; the website does not represent SIT as directly licensed and insured until those items are complete and verifiable.
A business-first standard
SIT is not a retail shop and does not lead with products. We lead with the operational requirement. The right solution may involve a cable pathway, a rack rebuild, a carrier handoff, a device replacement, a remote engineer or a phased migration. Our job is to connect those dependencies and execute the approved field scope professionally.
